Partymaker takes the privacy of all visitors to our website and our users who use our on-demand charging service software application very seriously.


This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect and use visitor and user information, particularly personal information, on the Service.


Capitalized terms described in this Policy that are not defined herein can be found in our " Terms of Service". By using our Service, you agree to the terms and conditions described below in this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, do not use our Service, the Website or any other part of our Service.


When we refer to "Partymaker", "we", "our" or "us" in this policy, we mean Partymaker Ltd. . Partymaker offers a range of software tools and hard goods rental services including our website, desktop application and mobile applications. Collectively, these are our "Services".


Partymaker stores and processes data, files, text, videos, images and other content uploaded or otherwise posted to the Service only for the purposes to which our users have consented and which are described in this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully to understand what Information we collect, how we use it, to whom we may disclose it, and how we protect it.


What do we mean by Personal Data?

In this Policy, "Personal Information" means information or a collection of information that identifies or could be used by or on behalf of Partymaker to identify an individual. Except as described in this Policy, Partymaker will not give, sell, rent or lend Personal Information to any third party.

Usage data helps us understand trends in the use of the Service so that we can better consider new features or otherwise customize the Service. Some of the information we collect is personal information and some is usage data. Here are the types of Information we collect or receive:


Data on use

As a visitor to our Site, you can engage in many activities without providing any Personal Information. However, when you interact with the Website, we automatically record certain types of information (e.g., IP address, browser type, software and operating system used, device type, carrier).

Partymaker also uses cookies, which are small text files that a website can send to your browser and automatically store on your device. We may also use clear GIFs on our website, which are single-pixel graphic image files that may collect data about the time the GIF was viewed or the type of browser that requested the image file. We generally use this information to analyze trends, administer and maintain the Service, or track activity on the Service. Log data does not include the content of messages and is not routinely removed. Our log files are subject to the same strict data security policies and procedures as the application databases for our Service.


Information you provide to us

When you sign up for the Service, we will ask you for personal information such as your name, email address and credit card information, as well as some optional related information such as your company name, phone number and date of birth. We also collect Personal Information, such as the name or nickname you authorize to log in to the Service in connection with your account, and a password when you first access the Service.


You are not required to enter credit card details when registering for a free account unless you choose to link your payment method to the Service. A third party processor is used to manage credit card processing. This processor may not store, retain or use your billing information for any purpose other than to process credit cards on behalf of Partymaker.


How we use your information

In general, we use your personal information to process your requests and transactions, to provide services based on your preferences and service configuration, to notify you of updates and upgrades, and to share special offers and updates that we think may be of interest to you. We may also use your Personal Information for billing, identification and authentication, to contact and communicate with you about the Service and your use of it, to send you marketing materials, and to generally improve the content and functionality of the Service.


Partymaker may also share Personal Information with its third-party service providers (such as credit card processors and hosting partners) to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and other services that we use to operate the Service and maintain a high quality user experience.

We do not allow our service providers to use the Personal Information we share with them for their marketing purposes or for any other purpose other than to provide the Partymaker services that those service providers have agreed with Partymaker.

Each such service provider has been vetted prior to entering into a contract with Partymaker to ensure that it provides at least the level of privacy protection described in this Privacy Policy.

Technologies such as cookies, signals, tags and scripts are used by Partymaker and our marketing partners, affiliates or analytics or service providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the Site, tracking users' movements around the Site/App, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Public forums

The service offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information provided in these areas may be read, collected and used by others who have access to it.

Your use of Partymaker as a partner

Use of the Partymaker back-end system as a partner on a device or account issued to you by a Partymaker partner organization satisfies the requirements to protect the storage, access, modification, deletion, and retention of communications and content on the Services. Information that would be considered private to you or a limited group of individuals may, in some cases, be accessible to an administrator with access rights within the Service.


The Partner Service includes collaboration features that, by their nature, support sharing information with users within your company. These users can see your name, email address, and information from your company profile page and any files you choose to share.  


Partymaker reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy as our business evolves. Please review this policy periodically. Any updated version of this Policy will be effective as of the date specified in such update. Please note that individual terms of use for a particular service may be more restrictive than those described herein.


Hosting and data transfer

When you access or use our Service, you consent to the processing and transfer of the information you provide to us in Slovakia and other countries from our third country, which may have different privacy laws.


Selection

We process and store information on behalf of our users. Partymaker has no direct relationship with the individuals who use the Service.


Partymaker may send you notices or data relating to our Site and Service, such as notices about your use of it, including any violations of the Terms of Use, updates and promotional information and materials relating to our Service.

If you, as a User, would like to opt-out of receiving marketing messages from Partymaker, please contact us at support@batterybox.sk or follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in each marketing email. Requests to opt-out of data transfer to our third party vendors may also be made, but data sharing restrictions may make it difficult or impossible to provide the Service in this manner.

Even if you opt out, we may still send you administrative messages regarding our Site (e.g., about changes to this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use) or contact you about orders you have placed and share your information in connection with those orders.


Correcting and updating your information

Security

Partymaker retains the personal data we process on behalf of our users for as long as necessary to provide services to our customers, provided that we comply with this policy. We may further retain and use such Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, maintain accurate accounting, financial and other operational records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We have established an internal policy for the deletion of data from customer accounts upon termination of a customer's subscription to the Service.


The servers on which the information is stored are stored in a controlled data centre with restricted access for designated, vetted and authorised personnel. These data centres are managed by top service providers who regularly audit their data protection practices against prevailing auditing standards.

Although we make reasonable efforts to protect the personal information we knowingly collect directly from you, no security system is impenetrable. In addition, we cannot guarantee that any Personal Information you choose to upload and store on the Service will be maintained at an adequate level of protection to meet the specific regulatory requirements applicable to such particular Personal Information or the needs or obligations you may have with respect to such Personal Information.


Your account information and access to our services is only accessible through your individual user ID and password. In order to protect the confidentiality of Personal Information, you must keep your password confidential and must not disclose it to any other person. If you believe that your password has been misused, please notify us immediately. In addition, always log out and close the application after the session ends.

Our policy towards children

Our products and services are not intended for persons under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal information without their consent, they should contact us at support@batterybox.sk .

If we become aware that a child under the age of 16 has provided us with Personal Information, we will take steps to delete such information from our files.


Privacy Shield Notice

Partymaker participates in and complies with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks and the Privacy Shield Principles with respect to the collection, use, and retention of information about you that is transferred from the European Union or Switzerland (as applicable) to the U.S. We ensure that the Privacy Shield Principles apply to all information about you that is subject to this Privacy Policy and that is received from the European Union, the European Economic Area, and Switzerland.


Under the EU-U.S.-Swiss Privacy Shield Frameworks, we are responsible for the processing of information about you that we receive from the EU and Switzerland and for its onward transfer to a third party acting as an agent on our behalf.
