3. How do you use a power bank?
1. Take a power bank with you
2. Select the charging cable and connect your phone or device
3. If the power bank does not turn on automatically, press the Power on button on the right side.
When switched on, the power bank will light up green on the top surface.
4. How can I turn off the power bank?
It turns off automatically after 10 seconds.
5. How can I return the power bank?
1. Put the cables in place
2. Place the power bank back into the charging station
3. A robotic voice will confirm "RENT SUCCESS" (Rental successful).
4. The order confirmation will be displayed in the app.

6. How much does it cost?

7. How do I pay?
You can choose your payment method in the app via MobilePay or payment card/ApplePay/GooglePay.
Once you return the power bank to the station, the amount will be deducted from your card.
8. Can I pay in cash?
No.
For security reasons, payments can only be made in the app via MobilePay / ApplePay / GooglePay or payment cards.
9. How long does it take to fully charge?
With the Fast Charge feature, it's pretty quick! However, depending on how big your battery is, you can easily get by with just 30 minutes of charging.
In 30 minutes, you can charge 30-40% more battery.
10. Can I charge multiple phones from the same power bank?
Yes, you can! But charging will be significantly slower.
11. Can I charge other devices?
YES!
Power banks come with built-in cables – MicroUSB, USB-C, and Lightning – that are suitable for all phones, headphones, iPads, running watches, etc.
12. What type of power bank is it?
These are fast chargers with Fast Charge functionality.

You get 30-40% more battery power in just 30 minutes of charging.
13. Can I see how much power is left in the power bank?
There is an indicator light at the end of the power bank that shows how much power remains.
The charging station only ejects power banks that have at least 70% battery power. So you don't risk your power bank running out of power right at the start.
If one power bank is not enough to charge your phone, you can always return it and scan a new one each time. All power banks are fully charged and ready to use.
14. What happens if I don't return the power bank?
Each user registers with a payment card before scanning the power bank. The price list is available on our website, directly in the app, or on the device's LED display.
If you do not return the power bank within 3 days, the purchase will automatically be finalized at a price of EUR 30 per product.
If you want, you can keep the power bank. However, the aim is to maintain the concept of sustainable sharing, so power banks are reused in your area.
15. What if I lose my power bank?

The hotline will report it as lost and deduct only the total amount of EUR 30 for the lost power bank and rental.
16. Powerbank not working?
Press the Power on button or put it back in the charging station and scan a new one. It's free if you put the power bank in the device within 2 minutes.
17. Can I return the power bank to the charging station?
Perhaps the power bank is not turned correctly.
Try turning it. Plugs and cables must be in place before insertion.
18. What if there is no space to insert the power bank?
